Is there a minimum order?
No. Order 1 or 1,000; smaller runs cost more per piece.
How long does an order take?
Processing (design approval to dispatch) is 15–20 business days, plus shipping time to your address. Most orders arrive in about 4–6 weeks in total. Rush orders may be possible and are quoted per order.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
Possibly. Import duties, taxes and customs fees depend on your country and are the buyer's responsibility. We do not include them in our quotes.
Do you send free samples?
No, we do not send free samples. Before production we send you a digital proof to approve.
How do I order, and do I pay upfront?
No upfront payment. 1) Send a custom order request with product, quantity, style and reference images. 2) We reply by email with a quote and a design proof (up to 3 free revisions). 3) When you accept, we create a listing reserved for you and you pay through secure Stripe checkout; production starts after payment. Also available on Etsy.
